When you use DropAI, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address and basic account details provided by a supported OAuth sign-in provider.
• Profile information, such as username, handle, avatar, bio, and links you choose to provide.
• Product submission data, such as product name, description, website URL, tags, category, images, and launch details.
• Community activity, such as comments, upvotes, notifications, and profile interactions.
• Basic technical data, such as browser, device, pages visited, and actions taken on the platform.

If you sign in with Google, GitHub, or another supported OAuth provider, we may receive basic account information such as your email address and profile identifier. We use this information to create and manage your DropAI account.

DropAI does not receive the password you use with your OAuth provider. Provider availability may change over time.

We use information to:

• Operate user accounts and profiles.
• Display submitted AI tools.
• Support voting, commenting, notifications, and product discovery.
• Protect the platform from spam, abuse, suspicious links, and fake listings.
• Improve the beta experience.
• Respond to support, reports, privacy questions, and sponsorship and advertising enquiries.

Some information you provide may be public, including username, handle, avatar, bio, product listings, comments, public profile activity, and product launch information.

Please do not submit private information that you do not want to appear publicly.

DropAI does not currently provide self-serve ad booking or process payment-card details directly through the platform.

During beta, sponsorship and advertising enquiries are handled manually by email. If a paid placement is agreed, payment may be arranged manually or through a trusted third-party payment provider.

DropAI may use basic analytics to understand page views, product discovery, search usage, and platform performance.

If we use analytics tools that rely on cookies or similar technologies, we will reflect this in our privacy practices and update this page where appropriate.

For beta, we aim to keep analytics lightweight and privacy-conscious.

DropAI may use third-party service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, and analytics providers. These providers help us run the platform securely and reliably.

You may contact us to request support with account, profile, or content-related privacy questions. Requests will be reviewed based on the relevant account, content, safety, and operational context.

Some public or moderation-related records may need to be retained for platform safety, abuse prevention, or legal reasons, so a request does not guarantee unconditional deletion.
